I bought this center speaker polk audio after much research on different speakers, the most convinced me was this and the JBL, but these are cheaper and as I wanted a good relationship between price and quality finish choosing k polk and I can say this horn Central gave life to my home theater in novelty I am very satisfied with the purchase of this product. has good power and sound very crisp and clear, I recommend 100% and talk before tests because it had a bose center speaker and I always thought was the best sound until you hear this delight percent since everything has come alive in my movies and music as it is well known that in a home theater center speaker is the primary responsibility for the force of sound therefore spare no effort and make a smart choice by purchasing this great center. if you buy it you will enjoy every penny you pay

My only reservation is the weight and sheer size. Its on the heavey side and a bit bulky so plan your placment carefully
As I’m constantly upgrading my 7.1 surround I’m always looking for deals on components. I recently returned a Sony STR-DG910 7.1 receiver to Amazon after using it for about 3 weeks. I might add the the return process with Amazon was a very simple (no problem) experience. Anyway, I found the Sony receiver did not have enough power to run my current Polk Audio speaker set up (210 sub, Monitor 50 fronts, CSM center and R-15 surround and backs). I was mostly unimpressed with the sound I lost from the CSM center.

My new receiver the Onkyo TX-SR805 blew the socks off everything I had. The first thing I relized was the center had to go. After a lot of research I decided on the CSi5 knowing I could get by with something smaller and cheaper. The CSi5 was on sale so I placed my order. The thing is huge so it sits on the floor, but that’s OK. The Onkyo has plenty of power and adjustments so I was able to match it with my existing speakers. The sound is magical and I’m not the least bit disappointed. This center picks up sound that just wasn’t there before. I’m very impressed. I’m glad I didn’t go smaller. I’ve got lots of room to upgrade again.

Of course, now I’m looking to replace the rest of my speakers except my sub (it was an overkill from the start). Look out Polk Audio I’ve got my eye on you. Polk Audio has been in my family for years. I’m a big fan….
